画蛇添足 — "Draw Legs on a Snake" [Framed Original Artwork]

Huà shé tiān zú

Literally: to draw a snake and add feet.

An ancient Chinese idiom about ruining something by doing more than is necessary. The snake was already complete — it never needed legs.

A little reminder to know when to stop. Not everything needs another idea, another detail, another improvement. Sometimes enough is enough.
