知白守黑 — "Know Light, Stay in Dark" [Framed Original Artwork]

Zhī bái shǒu hēi

From the Tao Te Ching: know the light, but remain with the dark.

知白守黑 speaks to holding opposites without needing to reject either one — knowing certainty while making space for the unknown, recognising what is visible while remaining comfortable with what is not.

You don’t have to live only in the light to know where you are.
